Rockwell Pools and Spas is a locally owned company founded by Michael Rockwell, bringing over fifteen years of hands-on experience in the pool industry to homeowners throughout Austin, Lakeway, and Bee Cave.

Michael’s pool career began at the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri, where he learned the fundamentals of pool construction, maintenance, and winterization while working on everything from high-traffic resort and lakefront pools to residential neighborhoods. This early experience built a strong foundation in both technical skill and adaptability.

After meeting his wife, Alicia, Michael relocated to College Station, Texas while she continued her training at Texas A&M University. During this time, his work focused heavily on pool service, equipment installation, automation systems, and customer education. He also serviced and installed equipment for several Texas A&M athletic facilities. His background in cold-weather maintenance and emergency repairs proved especially valuable during the historic Texas winter storm of 2021.

Following Alicia’s training, Michael and Alicia moved to Denver, Colorado, where Michael expanded his experience even further by working with above-ground pools, in-ground liner pools, and fiberglass pools in a challenging high-altitude climate.

Rockwell Pools and Spas was established after their return to Texas in 2025. After living and working across multiple regions, they are excited to return home and build a local business serving the Central Texas community. Today, Rockwell Pools and Spas brings together experience gained across different pool types, climates, and terrains to deliver dependable and knowledgeable service tailored to local needs.
